For the past few days, download speed for US server is much slower after 6pm. No change for download speed for Singapore server. What is your experience with TIME broadband lately?

22/12/2010 It is confirmed! Everyday after 6pm, TIME broadband users in Vista Komanwel may need a Singapore proxy if they want good experience in term of download speed for browsing international websites.
