(1) MCMC, if you need me to file a report to fix quality issues of broadband service, let me know.
(2) ISPs, your job is not done after paying licensing fees.
I am not a pawn in a carve-out area.
I am a customer who pays market rate.
I am nobody.
But together, other broadband users and I, hear us 'roar'.
