Vista Komanwel resale price

Thanks to lowest Base Lending Rate (BLR) for more than 20 years, resale price of Vista Komanwel has gone up from RM 180k in 2007 to RM 210k in 2009

Note : BLR in September 2009 is 5.5% while BLR in 1998 was more than 10%

Agree, super low interest rate is not the only factor for property price hike in Vista Komanwel
