After previous report of degradation of TIME broadband service at Vista Komanwel (December 2010), quality of TIME broadband service is back to normal since early June 2011. May be it is due to competition from

For the past few days, download speed for US server is much slower after 6pm. No change for download speed for Singapore server. What is your experience with TIME broadband lately?

22/12/2010 It is confirmed! Everyday after 6pm, TIME broadband users in Vista Komanwel may need a Singapore proxy if they want good experience in term of download speed for browsing international websites.

No Car or Careless - first public announcement and celebration

So far I have never owned a car and I have graduated from a university in 1990s. 2009 is my first year of public announcement and celebration for being carless or having no car, but I am not alone. I know, it is a shock to people in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia.
